Orders in stock are shipped out within 48 hours. Custom orders and orders from our Pearl Order Catalogue section require shipping directly from pearl farms and usually are delivered within 10-14 days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email with the earliest shipping date (usually within 10-14 days).
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE PRODUCT ONCE I RECEIVE IT?
Customer satisfaction is our primary focus. If you are pleased you’ll tell others. Any successful business is built upon this premise. We guarantee our products and offer a 7 day money back policy if not satisfied. You must return the item within this time and your sales receipt is required. You must ship the product back to us at your expense. To Request a return, please go to the "OUR POLICIES" secction of the website. Read all directions and conditions carefully and submit a return request from this area. All returned product must be in "like new" condition. Refunds to your credit card will exclude original shipping charges unrecoverable credit card merchant fees. Echecks and Paypal are subject to same unrecoverable merchant fees.

If you see am item you like but need a different length, multiple strand, different clasp, or prefer another color, you might consider submitting a custom order. Also if you are looking for an item not found on our site, we might be able to get it for you at a very good price by submitting a custom order. Finally, if you would like to request a multiple discount price for a particular item (must be 3 or more of same product item), then consider submitting a custom order request.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A CUSTOM ORDER?
Go to the "Contact Us" section of the site. Provide your personal information so that we can contact you via email preferred. In the "Comments" area of the form describe your request or question. We will email you within 48 hours any desired pricing, availability, or delivery time. You can provide your credit card information (number and expiration) in the "Comments" area if desired for purchase of a particular product if you already know the price and item number. Your shipping information and email address is vital to process your request.
